Bootcamp Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to enrolment in the Mind Forge Academy A-Level Maths Summer Bootcamp. Please read carefully before booking.

Full terms
1
Definitions
1.1. "Company" refers to Mind Forge Academy Limited.
1.2. "Student" refers to the individual enrolled on the Course.
1.3. "Parent/Guardian" refers to the individual purchasing or arranging the Course on behalf of the Student where applicable.
1.4. "Course" refers to the A-Level Maths Summer Bootcamp provided by the Company.
1.5. "Cohort" refers to the selected lesson group and timetable chosen at the time of booking.

Course Details
2.1. The Course consists of twelve (12) online group sessions delivered over approximately six (6) weeks.
2.2. Sessions are delivered live online in small groups.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Course timetable, session order, tutor allocation, lesson content, or delivery method where necessary.
2.4. The Company does not guarantee any specific academic outcome, grade improvement, or examination result.
2.5. Course places are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis.

Payments and Fees
3.1. Full payment is required in advance to secure a place on the Course.
3.2. A Student's place is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received by the Company.
3.3. All prices are listed in GBP (£).
3.4. The Course fee covers access only to the specific Cohort selected during booking.
3.5. Course fees are non-transferable between Students.
3.6. Except where stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions or where required by law, Course fees are non-refundable after the applicable cancellation period described in section 4.

Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. In accordance with UK consumer law, purchases made online may be eligible for a 14-day cancellation period beginning from the date of purchase.
4.2. If the Parent/Guardian or Student wishes to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period and before the Course has begun, they may request a full refund by contacting the Company in writing.
4.3. If the Student attends any Course session during the cancellation period, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the service has begun and any refund may be reduced proportionally to reflect the sessions already delivered.
4.4. Once the Course has started, Course fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4.5. Failure to attend any session does not entitle the Student or Parent/Guardian to a refund, partial refund, credit, or replacement session.
4.6. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule individual sessions where reasonably necessary. Where possible, alternative arrangements will be provided.
4.7. If the Company cancels the Course in full before it begins and cannot provide a suitable alternative, a full refund of the Course fee paid will be issued.

Student Behaviour and Conduct
5.1. Students are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately towards tutors and other students at all times.
5.2. Disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, discriminatory, threatening, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
5.3. Students must not intentionally disrupt sessions, misuse chat functions, share inappropriate content, or interfere with the learning experience of others.
5.4. The recording, redistribution, or sharing of Course materials or live sessions without prior written permission from the Company is prohibited.
5.5. The Company reserves the right to remove a Student temporarily or permanently from the Course where behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
5.6. Where a Student is removed from the Course due to behaviour or conduct issues, no refund or partial refund will be issued except where required by law.

Attendance and Access
6.1. Students are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled times for their selected Cohort.
6.2. Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to a suitable internet connection and device capable of accessing online lessons.
6.3. The Company is not responsible for missed sessions caused by the Student's internet, device, software, or technical issues outside the Company's control.
6.4. Session links and course access information must not be shared with anyone outside the enrolled Student's household.

Intellectual Property
7.1. All Course materials, lesson content, worksheets, slides, and resources remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.
7.2. Course materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled Student.
7.3. Course materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, sold, or shared without prior written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Course.
8.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under applicable law.

Data Protection
9.1. Personal information provided to the Company will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
9.2. The Company may use contact information for administrative purposes relating to the Course.
