Mind Forge Academy Terms and Conditions for Students
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Mind Forge Academy Limited (the "Company") and the students (the "Student") enrolled in tutoring services.
1.2. By clicking “Submit” and submitting an enquiry with Mind Forge Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Tutoring Services
2.1. The Company provides tutoring services in various subjects as advertised.
2.2. Lessons will be scheduled between the Student and the Company.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1. The fees for tutoring services will be communicated to the Student upon enrollment.
3.2. Payments must be made via PayPal at least 72 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
3.3. If payment is not received 72 hours before the lesson, the lesson will be canceled.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received by the due date.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. The Student may cancel a lesson by providing at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled lesson time.
4.2. If a lesson is cancelled with at least 72 hours' notice, the Student will be eligible for a full refund or may reschedule the lesson without any additional cost.
4.3. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, the Student will not be eligible for a refund.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons at any time. In such cases, the Student will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the lesson.
5. Student Conduct
5.1. The Student is expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner during lessons.
5.2. Disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of the lesson and the Company reserves the right to terminate the Student's enrolment without refund in cases of repeated disruptive behaviour.
6. Tutor Conduct
6.1. Tutors are expected to maintain professional conduct and provide high-quality tutoring services.
6.2. If the Student has any concerns regarding the tutor's conduct, they should contact the Company immediately.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
7.1. The Company will process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data protection laws.
7.2. Personal data will be used for the purposes of providing tutoring services and for administrative purposes related to the Student's enrollment.
7.3. The Company will not disclose personal data to any third parties without the Student's prior consent unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of tutoring services.
8.2. The Company’s total liability to the Student for any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Student for the tutoring services.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Student in writing.
9.2. Continued use of the tutoring services after any such changes shall constitute the Student's acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Student and the Company with respect to the tutoring services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
