Mind Forge Academy Terms and Conditions for Students (Crash Course)
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Mind Forge Academy Limited (the "Company") and the students (the "Student") enrolling in the 5-day GCSE Mathematics Crash Course (the "Course").
1.2 By purchasing the course on the Mind Forge Academy website, the Student agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Course Details
2.1 The Company provides a 5-day GCSE Maths Crash Course.
2.2 The Course will run from 22nd February 2025 and consists of 2 hours of teaching per day.
2.3 The Course is only available for purchase on the Mind Forge Academy website, and bookings must be made by 31st January 2025.
2.4 Once payment is made, the Student’s place in the Course is secured.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1 The fee for the Course will be communicated to the Student at the time of purchase.
3.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, through the payment methods provided on the Company website.
3.3 The Student’s place is not confirmed unless payment is received in full by 31st January 2025.
3.4 The Course fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the Student attends or completes the Course.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 The Student is committing to attending the Course once purchased.
4.2 Due to the nature of this Course and its fixed schedule, cancellations will not be accepted after booking.
4.3 The Course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4.4 If the Student fails to attend or complete the Course, no refund or partial refund will be issued.
5. Student Conduct
5.1 The Student is expected to engage in the Course in a respectful and interactive manner.
5.2 The Student is encouraged to actively participate during the lessons and complete the tasks set.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Student’s participation in the Course if the Student displays disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, without any refund.
6. Attendance
6.1 The Course is delivered over 5 days, with each session lasting 2 hours.
6.2 It is the Student’s responsibility to ensure they are available to attend each lesson.
6.3 No rescheduling of individual lessons will be offered.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
7.1 The Company will process the Student's personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data protection laws.
7.2 Personal data will be used only for purposes related to the Student’s enrolment in the Course and other related administrative tasks.
7.3 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Student's consent unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Course.
8.2 The Company’s total liability to the Student for any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Student for the Course.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Student.
9.2 Continued use of the Course after any such changes constitutes the Student's acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Student and the Company regarding the Course and supersede all prior agreements or understandings related to this subject matter.
By completing the purchase of this Course, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
